women):\u00a0 Below we have a 12 week fitness program which has\u00a0yielded consistent results for many of our clients.\u00a0 This program\u00a0consists of 3 to 4 sets per exercise, all to be done in 1 hour, at the gym or home.\u00a0\u00a0Don&#8217;t forget&#8230;Safety first!<\/p><p>Of course there are many more exercises to do for theses body parts.\u00a0 Just keep in mind that\u00a0this program is geared towards\u00a0&#8220;primary&#8221;
